waterjet sandtube Nozzles
Waterjet sandtube, also known as abrasive nozzle, refers to the nozzle of the high-pressure abrasive water jet processing machine used as the nozzle for mixing the abrasive and water. Because of the harsh environment of its internal jet conditions, the wear of the sand tube is accelerated after the abrasive is accelerated. Therefore, the material needs to be made of a very wear-resistant material.
Materials:
By using PCD materials, the sandtube is increased extremely higher for hardness(Mohs 1o), wear-resistance,(8-10x10000),after 6 months testing with our partner running the waterjet equipment, we found the TSPax diamond nozzles/sandtube lasts much longer working lifespan(3853hours) at around 15-30 times higher than TC Nozzles(lasts 200 hours or so). The PCD nozzle costs only 3-5 times higher than TC type.
